I would recommend this Mortuary to everyone! Today, I laid my daddy to rest. I was very overwhelmed at the thought of all I had to do in planning a funeral, but from the very beginning , I got wonderful guidance, patience, feedback, and options. The service was conducted in 3 days from the first time meeting. I wanted my dad to have the funeral I believe he deserved and they delivered!! Everything about the process, staff, hospitality and kindness (sure I could name more) was amazing. I can't say thank you enough, from the bottom of mine (and my families) hearts. One year ago Shinkle Mortuary provided wonderful service to our family as we worked through the passing of my mother. They stayed late with us as the viewing went longer than expected and followed up with kindness as we struggled to get the right words together for the papers and the program. And of course the pictures... what we thought would be 60 or so ended up being far more. They had so much patience as they checked on our progress and tried to meet every need. The food tracker and the cards and labels made it possible for us to show our gratitude in a timely manner. The service and process was professional and very considerate. Thank you.

Terry and Joylynn were exactly what we needed at a difficult time in our lives. Terry was able to make the ENTIRE process easy and customized to our needs. Joylynn took care of all the fine details. Terry has a beautifully updated facility that feels very comfortable and they can take care of everything you need. I highly recommend meeting with him if, sadly, you need his services.
