Dorman W. Blake, age 64, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Visitation, 1-4pm, Sunday, March 1, with family present 2-4pm, at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville.

Services, 10am, Monday, March 2, at Calvary Baptist Church, Derby.

Dorman was born on Monday, May 23, 1955 in Pratt, Kansas. He was the oldest of four children born to Thomas Wayne Blake and Sherilyn Rae (Zang) Blake. He was united in marriage to Darla Dianne Staats on July 5, 1985 in Wichita, Kansas.

Preceded by father, Tom Blake. Survived by wife, Darla; children, Joshua Hackenholz, Jason (Rachael) Rampy, April Blake all of Wichita, Amy (Shawn) Lawler of Lubbock, TX, Jeremiah Blake of Falls Church, VA; 3 grandchildren; mother, Sherilyn (Zang) Blake of Derby; siblings, Cindy Davis of Wichita, Stephen Blake of Derby, Bernie (Brenda) Blake of Haysville.
