Survivors: Wife; Tami Berntsen, Children; Jamie (Keith) Tjaden of Clearwater, Chad (Staci) Berntsen of Clearwater, Kyle Berntsen of Clearwater, Keith Berntsen of Wichita, KS, Grandchildren; TJ, Kyndall, Noah, Talen, Zayne, Eli, Blake, Tenley, Amelia, and Jordy, Great-Grandchild; Bella, Father; Donald A. Berntsen, Siblings; Barbara (Aaron) Ashel, Matt (Jane) Berntsen, Robin (Jim) Dixon, Brandy (Michelle) Berntsen, Lyle (Vickie) Berntsen, Bruce (Lisa) Berntsen, and Andrew (Jamie) Berntsen. Visitation: Thursday, December 28, 2023 from noon to 7PM with family present from 5:30 to 7PM at Webb~Shinkle Mortuary Chapel.
