Rosary, 7:30PM, Tues, July 26th and Funeral Mass, 10AM, Wed, July 27th, BOTH at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Schulte.

Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Irene (Radford) Schmidt; sisters, Lucy Hoddy, Dolores Lambert, and Gloria Weber. Survivors: husband of 65 years, Ambrose; children, Antoinette “Toni” (Carl) Heincker, Lori (Kent) Linnebur, all of Wichita, Phil (Cheryl) Lauer of Olathe, Jan (Ann Berry) Lauer of Canton, MI, Andy (Kathy) Lauer of Viola; brothers, Donald Schmidt of Granberry, TX, Melvin Schmidt of Denver, CO; sister, Mary Metzen of Viola; 15 grandchildren, 42 (+3 on the way) great-grandchildren.
