Thelma L. (Shrout) Mcafee

Thelma L. McAfee, age 68, of Haysville, KS, formally of Bunker Hill, IL, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021, surrounded by family.

Thelma was born on May 11, 1953, in Wood River, IL, the daughter of Paul and Ruth (Cooper) Shrout. She married Clifford McAfee, Sr. on May 23, 1981 in Bunker Hill, IL and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Clifford, she is survived by a daughter and her husband, Jamie and Charles Somervill of Wichita, KS; two step-children, Billie Jo and her husband, Sharron Blair, and Andrew McAfee; ten grandchildren, Zachary and Bella Somervill, Josie Schumacher, Bailey, Brennon and Taylor Blair, Breanna McAfee, Stephanie, Brennen and Kayleigh McAfee; three great-grandchildren; three sisters and their husbands, Wilma and Frank Pelan, Helen Williams, and Paula and Kelly Harper.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Joan Mitchell, her brother, Lloyd Shrout and her step-son, Clifford McAfee, Jr.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. there will be no visitation or funeral services per Thelma's wishes.
