Preceded by his father, John C. Sak. Survivors: mother, Laurie Sak of North Royalton, OH; brother, Karl (Ingrid) Sak of Clearwater; niece and nephews, Caleb Spellman-Sak, Cainan Spellman-Sak, Elijah Spellman-Sak, Kailey Sak, and Ian Sak.
