Stanley was born on Wednesday, June 25, 1958 in San Jose, CA to his parents, Robert and Doreen (Elrich) Weir. Preceded by Robert and Doreen (Elrich) Weir. Survivors: children, Eugene Weir, Staci Terry, all of Haysville, Steven Weir of Wichita; sisters, Leila Weir, Cathie Newell; 2 grandchildren. Memorial: ALS Association, 3450 N. Rock Rd, Suite 211, Wichita, KS 67226.
