Clearwater- Ruby A. (Gilliland) Morehead,age 101, homemaker, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018.

Ruby was born on Tuesday, December 12, 1916 in Emporia, Kansas, to her parents, Charles Henry Gilliland and Nellie Bly (Thomas) Gilliland. She was united in marriage to Hiram Wren Morehead on July 11, 1936 in Emporia, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1993. Preceded in death by her husband, Hiram; her parents, Charles and Nellie (Thomas) Gilliland; daughter, Ann Foight; grandson, Randy Bates; sisters, Elizabeth Miller, Mary Lynn; brothers, Orvin Gilliland, and Noble Gilliland. Survivors: son, Gary (Denise) Morehead of Clearwater; grandchildren, Sarah (Andrew) Bauer, Wade (Jeni) Morehead, Jerry (Pam) Jackson, Debby Rule, and Ronnie Bates; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren.
