Graveside Service, 10am, Tuesday, July 21, at Kansas Veterans Cemetery, Winfield.
Preceded by parents, Edward “Clem” Harper and Ulla Swenson; brothers, Gary and James Harper.
Survived by siblings, Charles (Theresa) Harper of Wichita, Joyce Mann of Haysville; good friend, Flora “Lou" Hooper of Derby.
