Visitation, Noon-7pm, with family present from 5:30-7pm, Thursday, May 18, at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville. Services, 11am, Friday, May 19, at Derby Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by parents, George and Norma Ratcliff. Survivors: wife, Teresa Ratcliff; siblings, Roy (Susan) Ratcliff of Madison, WI and Norma (Robert) Moore of Tucson, AZ.
