Patrick was born on Saturday, April 6, 1968 in Springfield, Ohio, to his parents, William and Cheryl.
Survivors: mother, Cheryl (Lewis) Goin of Clearwater; father, William (Karen) Rowland of Helena, AL; children, Caleb Hatch of Alliance, NE, Michael, Jack, Emma, and Leah Rowland, all of Clearwater; brothers, Charles and Carl Rowland, Matthew Rowland; sister, Amanda (Andrew) Erwin; former wife, Linda; grandchildren, Miah, Lily, and Ryker Hatch.
