Visitation, 10-11am with Funeral Services following at 11am, Saturday, October 15, at First Christian Church, Haysville.
Preceded in death by wife, Geraldine Lewis; parents, William and Mattie Lewis; siblings, Grover Lewis, Sylvia Walls, L.D. Lewis, Louis Lewis, Lon Lewis, Imogene McLaughlin; wife, Betty Tolman Lewis. Survivors: children, Jay (Dartha) Lewis of Valley Center, Neal (Kristi) Lewis of Shawnee, Sherri (Chip) Eastman of Topeka, Connie (Steve) Henry of Haysville, Ronnie (Christy) Lewis of Haysville; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
