age 87, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Visitation, 9am-7pm,. Friday, April 13th, with family present 5:30-7pm, Webb-Shinkle Mortuary. Services, 10am, Saturday, April 14th, Clearwater United Methodist Church. Nella was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ruth Bailey; three brothers, Elbert Bailey, Bill Bailey, and Joseph Bailey; and one sister, Jean (Bailey) Ruckle. Survivors include her husband, Wally Altman; son, Bill (Debby Kay) Altman; daughter, Kathy (Steve) Konen; grandchildren, Whitney (Tom) Marcellino, Wendy (Brett) Becker, Will (Amber) Altman, Jennifer Matera, Sarah (Eric) Macke; great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Larson Bailey, Ace, Thomas, Baron, Addison, Benedict, and Cate.
