Self, all of Cheney, Jason (Shannon) Self of Hutchinson, Holly Hajjaj, Wendi (Josh) White, all of Wichita; sister, Kay (Barry) Becker of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Nicholas, Daniel, Thomas, Noel, and Lily Pankratz, Amelie and Harlow White, Shelby, Nick, and Cooper Self, Ellissa and Trevor Stringfellow.
