Mary (Kletchka) Maechtlen, homemaker, age 103, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2009. Visitation, 9am-7pm, Tues, with family present, 5-7pm. Rosary, 7pm, Tues, both at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass, 10:30am, Wed, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Haysville.
Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary (Vatova) Kletchka; husband Bill; brother, Matthew Kletchka; sisters, Kate Zogleman, Irene Weber. Survivors: sons, Charles (Pat) Maechtlen of Haysville, Don (Pat) Maechtlen of Overland Park; daughters, Joan Fleming of Clearwater, Joyce (Richard) Freeman of Garden Grove, CA; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren. Memorial: St. Cecilia Catholic Church Parking Lot Fund, 1802 W. Grand Ave, Haysville, KS 67060.
