Kara Jenene (Aldershof) Warren

Clearwater-  Kara J. (Aldershof) Warren, age 51, homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018. Visitation, 9am-7pm, Thursday, December 13th, with family present 5:30-7pm. Services, 10am, Friday, December 14th, BOTH at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel. Family wishes for casual/business casual attire for the services.

Kara was born on Saturday, August 19, 1967 in Wichita, Kansas. She grew up in the Wichita/Clearwater area, graduating from North High in 1985. She then attended WSU. She was united in marriage to John Patrick Warren on July 9, 1994 in Wichita, Kansas. She held various jobs during her working life but felt most at home during the past 20+ years being a homemaker, being at home for the kids and for John. She was also known as "The Cookie Lady". Kara was a former Clearwater Booster Club board member/treasurer. Kara enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking, junk to treasure, landscaping, home decorating, baking and riding bikes. She was the biggest George Strait fan ever! She loved cheering at kids sporting events. Kara was loved by all.

Survived by her husband, John; daughters, Tasha (Jim Woods) Gilchrist, of Milton, Sydney Warren of Clearwater; son, Nicholas Warren of Clearwater; grandson, Trenton James Dean Gilchrist. mother, Karen (Birdsell) Sontag of Clearwater; brother, Steven Aldershof.
