Joyce Ann Linscott, age 90, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Visitation, 9am-7pm, Monday, March 29, 2021, with family present, 5:30-7pm, Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Graveside Services, 11am, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Greenwood Cemetery, Oatville. Following will be a Celebration of Life at Thomas Hopkins Post 4 Legion 816 N Water St Wichita KS 67203. Joyce was born on December 8, 1930 in Wichita, Kansas. She was united in marriage to Joseph E. "Bud" Linscott on October 23, 1948 in Wichita, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 10, 1999. Preceded by her husband, Joseph "Bud" Linscott; daughters, Debbie Olthoff, and Kim Mills; parents, Earl R. Billingsley, Sr, and Hazel I. (Carter) Riggs; siblings, Norma Oakman, Earl Billingsley, Jr, Harold Billingsley. Survivors: son, David Linscott of Wichita; grandchildren, Chris Miller, Josh (Wendy) McBride, Autumn (Robert) Knipp, Heather (Dustin) Gates, Annette Athy, Erin Athy; 11 great-grandchildren.
