Preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Maylee (Pherigo) Frederick; brother, Richard Frederick; sisters, Margaret Ann Smith and Darlene Slates. Johnny is survived by his sisters, Kathy (Rick) Davis of Wichita, Peggy (Kurtis) Lauterbach of Clearwater, Debbie (Danny) Taton of Argonia; numerous nieces and nephews.
