Clearwater- John L. Duncan, age 90, ret. Boeing Sheetmetal worker and finish grade landscaper, lifetime Mason, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019.
Visitation, 9am-7pm, Tuesday, with Family present, 5:30-7pm, Webb-Shinkle Mortuary. Graveside Services, 10am, Wednesday, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pretty Prairie, KS.
John was born on Wednesday, August 15, 1928 to his parents, William Elvage Duncan and Effie Pearl (Glenn) Duncan. He was united in marriage to Laura Mae Day on November 15, 1947 in Golden City, Missouri.
Preceded in death by his wife, Laura; parents, William and Effie (Glenn) Duncan; son, Larry Duncan; 6 brothers; 6 sisters. Survivors: children, Linda (Norman) Hickman of Weatherford, TX, Lola Cachard of Weatherford, TX, Rex (Mary Jane) Duncan of Clearwater; grandchildren, Janeen, Dale, Carrie, Ryan. Adam; great-grandchildren, Justyn, Zachary, Parker, Madeline, Sophia; great-great-granddaughter, Harper.
