Kansas City, KS - Harold L. Rankin, age 86, ret. Coastal Pipeline employee, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. He is survived by wife, Elsie Rankin, of 38 years, his sons, Dean Rankin, Dale Rankin, David Rankin and daughter Cassie Woolard. Also survived by stepson Marvin Evans and his wife Jamie Evans.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 17th, at 10:30am, Clearwater Cemetery, Clearwater, KS.
