Frank B. Welliver, age 71, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Visitation, 1-7:30pm, with family present from 5-7:30pm, Thursday, June 11, at Shinkle Mortuary, 146 N. Lamar Ave, Haysville. Services, 10am, Friday, June 12, at The Salvation Army Worship Center, 1910 S. Everett St, Wichita.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Hixon) Welliver; parents, Richard Welliver and Eula Mae Moore; brother, Bill Welliver. He is survived by his son, Richard Welliver of Andover; brother, Danny Welliver of Belle Plaine; sister, Donna Sutterfield of Wichita; partner and friend, Kathy Harris of Wichita.
