Fern L. Topham (Shaffer) age 96, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
Visitation: Sunday, December 10, 2pm- 4pm. Chapel Service Monday, December 11, 10am both at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary.
Preceded in death by husband, Robert Lee Topham; parents, Albert and Lola Mae Shaffer; son, Dennis Topham; daughter-in-law Emily Anderson; siblings, Elvis Shaffer, Farol McMillan, Max Shaffer, and Nelda Newberry.
Survivors: children, Bruce (Sandi) Topham of Wichita, KS; daughter, Debra Topham of St. Paul, Minnesota; son, Kevin (Tracy) Topham of Wichita, KS; brother, Carl Shaffer of Clearwater, KS; Dale (Velma Jean) Shaffer of Springdale, AR; and Edwin Shaffer of Grenola, KS; 3 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
