Elsie Darlene (Fleming) Barber age 89, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
Visitation: Wednesday, August 20, from 1 to 7pm w/family present 5:00-7pm at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Graveside Service: Thursday, August 21, Clearwater Cemetery at 10am.
Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther (Marks) Fleming; former husband, Billy Barber; son, Mark Barber; and brother Robert Fleming Jr.
Survived by her sons, Robert (Martha) Barber of Kansas City, Steven Barber of Clearwater, and Perry (Rhonda) Barber of Wagoner, OK; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
