Clearwater- Elda “Yvonne” Coon, age 87, ret. Clearwater City Administrator, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022.

Memorial Services, 11am, Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Clearwater United Methodist Church.

Yvonne was born on Wednesday, February 6, 1935 in Milton, Kansas, to her parents, Frederick Funston Burchinal and Mary Elizabeth (Southwick). Preceded by parents, Fred Burchinal and Mary Hammers; brother, Kenneth Burchinal; sister, Mary Lou Burchinal. Survivors: sons, David (Laura) Coon, Donald Coon, all of Clearwater; daughter, Belinda (Gary) Coon/Lieb of Boca Raton, FL; brother, Fred (Verinque’) Burchinal of Athens, GA; grandsons, Jonathan (Joanna) Coon, Joel (Leanna) Coon and Nathan (Ashley) Coon; great-grandchildren, Scott, Logan, Isabel, Anneliese, and Elyonna.
