Ed was born on Friday, October 12, 1956 in Wichita, KS. He was the second of 11 children born to Theodore "Ted" Joseph Toon and Katherine Ann Price. He was united in marriage to Angela Chubb on April 14, 2018 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Wichita, KS.
Ed was preceded in death by his father, Ted Toon.
Survivors: wife, Angela; step-children, Courtney (Benjamin) Wolff of Wichita, Hunter Padrnos of Wichita, Hannah (Jayson) Harris of Winter Park, CO; mother, Katherine (Price) Toon of Clearwater; siblings, Joyce (Joe) Schmeidler, Diane (Mark) Callaway, Julie (John) Bergkamp, Craig Toon, Alma (Randy) Pauly, James (Janet) Toon, Linda (Chuck) Duke, Phillip (Suzann) Toon, Gerard (Terri) Toon, Tricia (David) Hill; 2 grandchildren, Finn and Scout Wolff.
