Edward L. Gillespie, age 71, passed away, Friday, April 18, 2025.

Rosary, 7pm, Friday, April 25 and Funeral Mass, 10am, Saturday, April 26, both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Haysville.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and June Gillespie; brothers, Mick and Rick Gillespie. He is survived by his wife Dana Gillespie; children, Angela (Rick) Staats of Hickory Creek, TX, Jeremy (Dawn) Gillespie of Grove, OK, Justin (Sara) Gillespie of Wichita; siblings, Carolyn Wilson of Rose Hill, Cleo (Don) Livergood, George (Diane) Gillespie all of Moline, Jim Gillespie of Clearwater, Joan (Rocky) Welborn of Wichita, Connie O’Neill of Fredonia, Kevin Gillespie of Wichita; grandchildren, Derek Gillespie, Nathan Staats, Kaitlyn Staats, Kaylee Staats, Micah Gillespie, Molly Gillespie; great-grandchild, Aiden King and numerous nieces and nephews.
