Dian Faye (Seiter) Phillips, age 50, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Dian was a woman who loved fiercely and showed up for her people with a tenacity that was entirely her own. She had a big heart and never missed a chance to talk about the people she was most proud of — especially her kids and her grandson.

To know her was to love her. To know her was to be loved by her. May she rest in peace.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 18, at 2PM at Webb Shinkle Mortuary, 200 S Tracy, Clearwater, KS.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Dennis Seiter; step-dad, Mike Darnell; and mother-in-law, Diane Hensley.

She is survived by her mother, Mickie (Coffman) Darnell of Watonga, OK; her children, ShyAnne (Eliot) Phillips Dixon of Hot Springs, NC, and Joseph Phillips of Wichita, KS; grandson, Jackson Phillips of Wichita, KS; siblings, Ginni (JD) Hall of Beggs, OK, April Earp of Jackson, TN, Kevin (Lynn) Shepherd of Lehigh Acres, FL, Denisha (Jarrett) Seiter of Emporia, KS, Leo Seiter of Wichita, KS, and Amanda (Kyle) Hill of Conway Springs; siblings by marriage, Mary (Jess) Ornelas and Erica (Jason) Keesling of Wichita, KS; aunt, Sandi Beck & kids of Lampasas, TX; step-mom, Julie Seiter; nieces & nephews, Ty (Joseph), Ashlynn (Caleb), Allee Jo, Denver, Clara, Jett, Peyton (Tyler), Chloe (Christian), Trinity, Waylon, Bristol, Asher, Jacob (Bethany), Garrett, Cash, Vivian, Cruze, and Maggie; father of her children, Joe Phillips; and all of her Seiter Family.
