Clearwater - Dennis B. “Crowbar” Seiter, age 66, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Visitation with family present, 1-3pm, Sun. Oct 3rd, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Rosary/Vigil, 6pm, Sun. Oct 3rd. Funeral Mass, 10am, Mon. Oct 4th, BOTH at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Clonmel. Dennis was born on Sunday, June 26, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas. He was the ninth of thirteen children born to John Matthias Seiter and Josephine Clara (Faber) Seiter. He was united in marriage to Julie Ann Moore on April 1, 1992 in Miami, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Josephine (Faber) Seiter. Survivors: wife, Julie; children, Dian (Joe) Phillips of Clearwater, April Earp of Wichita, Kevin (Lynn) Shepherd of OK City, OK, Denisha Seiter of Emporia, Leo Seiter of Clearwater, and Mandy (Kyle) Hill of Conway Springs; siblings, Nadine (Bill) Stagg, Martha (Larry) Orth, Rita Corby, Regina Robbins, Herman (Carolyn) Seiter, Louis (Kay) Seiter, Agnes Escobar, Ann Alonzo, Mildred (Russell) Frost, Linda (Joe) Bailey, Martin (Kristy) Seiter, and Donna (John) Parker; 9 grandchildren, 1.5  great-grandchildren. “Dennis was constantly making jokes, even if they were poorly thought out, and those who had even a slight encounter with him know what we mean” —Roll on Daddy till you get back home.
