Preceded by parents, Harold and Mary (Harsh) Biggs.
Survived by wife, Sandra; children, Sherman (Kristine) Cummins of Wichita, Jeffery Cummins of Wichita, Sharon Koller of Clearwater; brother, Gary Biggs of Tulsa, OK; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
