Survivors: wife, Cherlyn; sons, Scott Smith and Mike Smith, both of Clearwater; daughter, Julie Smith (Josh Wright) of Wellington; sisters, Laura (Gary) Blanchant, Karla (Gary) Ackerman, Rhonda (Tim) Moore, all of Wichita; brothers, Walt (Mary) Smith of Leon, Phil (Cara) Smith of Wichita; 4 grandchildren.
