Charles “Chuck” L. Erwin, age 82, ret. Boeing Transportation, U.S. Army, Vietnam Vet, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021.

Chuck was born on Saturday, December 3, 1938 in Peck, Kansas. He was the fourth of five children born to Charles and Frances (Freeman) Erwin. He was united in marriage to Bobby Sue Horton on April 4, 1964 in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Preceded by parents, Charles and Frances (Freeman) Erwin; grandson, Dalen Cox; sisters, Wilma Whitesell, Mary Fleming, Wanda Frost, and Barbara Berger; parents-in-law, Robert and Elizabeth Horton. Survivors: wife, Bobby Sue; son, Steven (Carla) Erwin of Inola, OK; daughter, Stacey Cox of Wichita; grandchildren, Jessica (Joe) Ferguson, Jacob (Bonnie) Erwin, Jaylene (Dillon) Hooker; 6 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Anna Marie Hancock of Okmulgee, OK.
