Survivors: sons, Francis J. (Carolyn) Dugan of Wichita, Dan (Nedra) Dugan of Viola, Pat (Carol) Dugan of Wichita; sister, Mary Stapleton of Hartford, WI; brother, Cletus Neville of Neosho Falls, KS; 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
