Carolyn J. (Miller) Dugan, age 85, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Services, 1pm, Sat. Nov 18th, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater.

Preceded in death by her husband, Francis “Jim” Dugan Jr; father of her children, John Baird; parents, Edward and Clarice (Koontz) Miller. Survivors: daughters, Susan Baird and Sandi Baird, both of Wichita, son, Jeff (Brigitte) Baird, of Red River, NM; brothers, Mike (Barbara) Miller of Wichita, Joe (Jan) Miller of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Milad Bakhtiari, Rebecca (Jeff) McCutcheon, Kari (Kelsey) Towns, Hamid (Alice) Bakhtiari, Michael Baird, Brian Zoeller; 4 great-grandchildren.
