Carl R. Himes, age 83, passed away, Saturday, December 24, 2022.
Visitation with family present, 5-7pm, Friday, December 30, and Memorial Service, 11am, Saturday, December 31, BOTH at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville.
Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Hester Himes. Survivors: wife, Elaine Himes; children, Carla (Ricky) Martens of Haysville and Kevin (Michelle) Himes of Wichita; siblings, Ruth See of Melrose, NM, Glenda (Dennis) Swiantek of Derby, Kenneth (Keita) of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Justin Martens, Kaila Tracy, Lacretia Himes, Brendan Himes, Kaitlynn Himes, Melinda Poston; great-grandchildren, Zephyr Himes, Millie Poston, Ellie Poston and KJ Burris.
