Beverly A. “Bev” (Rutherford) Charles, age 67, former para educator for USD 259, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021.

Visitation, 9am-7pm, Thursday, August 5th, with family present, 5:30-7pm. Services, 2pm, Friday, August 6th, BOTH at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater.

Beverly Ann Rutherford was born on Tuesday, April 13, 1954 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was the second of three children born to William E. and Helen (Layton) Rutherford. She was united in marriage to Frank B. Charles, Jr, on December 26, 1995 in Wichita, KS. She was a Para Educator for USD 259 from 2012-2018.

Preceded by parents, William E. Rutherford and Helen (Layton) Rutherford Johnson; brother, Billy Rutherford. Survivors: husband, Frank; daughters, Jennifer Owens of Mulvane, Lisa Simonin of Wichita; step-daughter, Michelle Charles of Ponca City, OK; sister, Janice (Jimmie) Nichols of Wichita; grandchildren, Chelsea and Kayleigh Owens; great-grandson, AJ Talancon.
