Memorial Service, 10am, Wednesday, October 25, at Haysville United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by parents, Darrell and Margaret Welty; siblings, Betty Kathryn Lammon, William and Richard Welty. Survivors: husband, Gene Scoular; children, Diana (Nathan) Schroeder of Altadena, CA and Darrell Scoular of Nashua, NH; 3 grandchildren.
