 Barbara Ann (Porter) Emberson, age 82, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026.

Funeral Services, Saturday, October 24, 1pm at Clearwater United Methodist Church, 130 N 1st, Clearwater, KS.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Emberson; parents, Ray Porter and Mary Maxine (Smith) Dixon; step-father, Gale Dixon; siblings, Jimmy Porter, Darrell Porter, and Denny Porter.

She is survived by her children, Bret (Carrie) Emberson of Colwich and Susan Carlisle of Wichita; grandchildren, Jessica (Joe) Garcia, Kyle (Jessica) Carlisle, Julia (Murphy Ray) Emberson, Laura (Logan) Hayes, and Jace (Brynnan) Emberson; great grandchildren, 13; siblings, Joy Day of South Carolina, Karen Loftus of Orange County, CA, Pat Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK, an Eddy Porter of Burneyville, OK .
