Barbara was born on Friday, July 16, 1937, to Clifford Earl Boatright and Claudine (White) Boatright. She was united in marriage to Vernon Clyde “Ukie” Hufford on June 15, 1957 in Clearwater, KS. She was a member of the OES Ninnescah Chapter #423 and the Sew and Sew quilting group. Preceded by husband, Vernon “Ukie” Hufford; parents, Clifford and Claudine (White) Boatright. Survivors: son, Douglas (Lisa) Hufford of Cheney; daughter, Valeri (Michael) Blackburn of Haysville; grandchildren, Ruth Ann Whitney, Sandra Hufford, Clayton Hufford, and Sydney Hufford; 4 great-grandchildren.
