Preceded by parents, Orvale and Loretta (Gentry) Short; brothers, Walter and Donald Short.

Survived by son, Marvin Short of Haysville; grandsons, Andrew and Luke Short of Harrison, AR; great-grandchild, Naomi Short; brother, Harold (Katherine) Short of Mountain Home, AR.
